We would like to retire and sell our PADI 5 Star dive resort in Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. It is located 2 meters away from a sandy beach right on the water's edge in Balluta Bay Saint Julian's in Malta and forms part of a watersports and waterpolo center so we have access to a waterpolo sized heated pool to teach in too!! We have a Gym and a restaurant, changing rooms and showers and a boat dock too! Sale of our Dive Centre includes 3 Pick Up Trucks and a Dive Boat too.

Our Dive Centre named Concept Scuba Malta is a fully accredited and licensed one holding PADI registration number S26519 and S22147 plus the Malta Tourism lisence D0006 and is a DAN Insurance protected center too.

We have already hosted Instructor Development Courses and 2 PADI Instructor Exams and PADI have held their Course Director Development Course in 2022 at our facility stating the pool and proximity of our bay is ideal and unique in Malta. We have a high ranking in Trip Advisor as the number 1 in our area. We are officially the Marriott hotel's dive center as we are across the road from it and we are ideally placed on a long Promenade with 40% of our business is walk ins off the Prom!!

Offered Support for the new owner: Full handover including bookings for 2024! This is still a going concern, we are open and taking clients diving every day, even in January today! 30% of our business is repeat business clients coming back to our unique family feeling and welcoming dive center.
