This is a fully refinished building in a key area near downtown Mexico City and between financial districts.
Three different zones (Loud, Chatter, and Focus) across the buildings four levels provide an assortment of spaces engineered for all kinds of everyday office work. The project was designed based on best practices from the coworking industry and requirements from the local market.

- 10 semi-private conversation booths provide an ideal space for conversations and collaboration work.
- 15 - 30 hot desks, divided between lobby and one or two of 6 offices, provide desk-for-a-day areas in loud and focus zones for different user requirements.
- A small café on the ground floor (with a patio and a window facing the street for to-go service) and a terrace on the 4th floor provide break areas also usable as event space for 12 to 50 people, with optional food and beverage.
- Memberships, daypasses, café, catering and event services, lockers, postal and commercial addresses, and multiple other products available for your customers' convenience.

All 22 areas allow capacity of 150 people: break-even at 25% capacity at introductory pricing (249 bookings from either members of day-pass users bringing in 586 visitors per month.)
