Reason why I am selling or for lease?
- I'm about to go back to school for my 2nd degree and it requires attention since it is a doctorate degree. I can no longer give my 100% attention on my business.
- Another reason is relocation. we are just renting the place for the business, going back to school means I need to transfer to a smaller area near the school.
Why not hire an employee?
- Most likely, if I hire someone to receive all the orders, I still need to check it out and be there for the business since customer's satisfaction is what we aim. I might not have time for that.
