Out of season the Magaluf weather can range between 15-20° and during the summer up to a glorious 34°, perfect for lazing the day away on the beach and cooling off in the warm water.

Located in the heart of this resort on a main road and directly opposite the many major hotels this long standing cafe/ restaurant is an absolute gem.

In the same family for 30 years the owners now finally wish to call it a day and retire. The current owners who also own several properties in the area will however be remaining on the Island and so will be available during any handover period.

The premises currently consist of three main areas. On the busy road passing this is a large terrace area of approximately 80sqm where customers can enjoy the food on offer whist watching the constant stream of holidaymakers strolling by.

Leading off the external terrace and complete with a background music system and TV monitors there is a further bright and airy internal area of seating and tables of approximately 120sqm. This area also has a large bar for drinks service and located behind this is the main kitchen.

Accessed via stairs on this level and below the whole business are the customer toilets and a very large storage area with shelving fridges, etc, etc. From this area there is also access to the street behind so that deliveries do not need to come in past the customers.
