Very well know in this resort, this bar is probably one of the busiest British Bars, with a great terrace area with seating for at least 56 around 14 tables, TV, Pool Table etc it is ideal for the daytime and evenings during the season, as the pics testify.

Internally there is a stage which is used by the DJ, Live Music or Karaoke events that are happening every evening of the week. There is seating for a further 50 people and then plenty of standing room around the bar and stage areas.

The premises is fully furnished and has large bar in an ‘L’ shape with 19 bar stools, did have 20 at one stage, but one managed to get re-allocated elsewhere? There is also a small kitchen area, which in the main caters for snacks, baked spuds, sarnies etc as this is essentially an all day entertainment venue and is not therefore equipped for 3 course meals, plenty of ‘Get down and have fun’ is the name of the game here.

The bar has in total 5 TV’s and a projector system with drop down screen for the major events that may be taking place during the season, with a resident DJ it is the place to be and be seen, from the time it opens at 11am till it shuts at 4am it is a hive of activity.

The current owners have recently had a small child and therefore she needs to have the normal attention a child needs, even though early bar training has been attempted, it has not worked, therefore the owners have had to make the decision to offer the business for sale.

This opportunity would suit a couple who are still young enough to enjoy a hectic lifestyle while having the stamina to run the place as well! Its hard but rewarding work, alternatively a couple in partnership with a third would be good, as would 2 couples as this would give flexibility on the hours. The bar only works from April – November each year so you do get time off!
