Business Summary

I am the principle of an established Advertising Consulting Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) based in Shanghai. This is the most common form of foreign company set-up in China. We are interested in finding buyers for our business. It would ideally suit a foreign company wanting to locate in Shanghai and also in advertising/ marketing/ branding wanting quick access to the China market. The process for starting up a new WFOE is long and tedious, so this could represent a useful and cost-effective short-cut. There would also be no need to invest in the compulsory USD140K registered capital required for WFOE set-up, since we already did that.
Our business is principally a creative advertising business working both off and on line for mostly western brands.
