Business Summary

My vendor has set up an Indian takeaways on a busy road and in a block with complimentary shops. He has invested heavily in the fit out and everything is sparkling. Unfortunately before he has established the business financially it is now for sale as his plans have changed and he will be heading overseas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to take on a well set up operation in a good location and reap the rewards of my vendor's hard work. Essentially we are looking for someone to reimburse him for the fit out costs and then get stuck into running the business for themselves.
