Scientific manufacturing firm «Lisichansk Rubber-Technical Plant» Ltd. is looking for investors, co-investors, partners to arrange recycling and utilization production of tires and other rubber waste on our territory. It could be manufacturing of reclaimed rubber or regenerate, or rubber waste processing by a method of pyrolysis or other method. These derived products could be used in the structure of our existing manufacturing (as inward raw materials in addition to rubber mixes), or in the capacity of separate production of general mechanical rubber goods. Also this production shop might be used for assembly of large-sized metal constructions (including wind-powered generator), motor transport, machines and mechanisms.

Please note that all permits of the plant are applied to this workshop, as a structural part of the plant (integrated environmental permits; technical passport; permission to carry out works related to hazardous).

The area of this workshop is 17700 square meters, height – 12 m, the area of adjoining administrative complex is 1600 square meters.

Premises has load-lifters (two bridge cranes 20/5 tonnes), electrical interconnections, transformer substations.

The building has works, warehouses, administrative complex, canteen, baths and entire infrastructure. It is on the guarded territory and has convenient interchange and railway sidings.
