We are offering for transfer our well established business which is located in the centre of El Campello, Alicante Spain. Close to the beach and on the main high street.

The bar is located on a very busy main high street and only 50 metres from the main promenade of El Campello therefore we have plenty of foot traffic on a daily basis along with our regular customers of all nationalities. The bar is not only busy during the tourist season but all year round as we have a loyal client base of Spanish Locals, UK expats and other nationalities that frequent the bar on a regular basis both during the day time and the evening.

Within the bar area we can cater for 22 covers whilst the outside seating area offers 16 covers, we have a fully equipped kitchen including double deep fat fryer, gas plancher, gas oven, 2 fridges and 2 chest freezers along with basic utensils such as microwaves, toasters etc...

There is a separate secure storage room at the rear of the bar area and the bar area itself is equipped with all necessary bottle fridges, shelving, glass washing area and a specialist until for the coffee machine. there are 2 toilets within the premises.

All in all the bar generates a good income all year round with opening hours/shift patterns between 9am until 12 midnight with food service from 9.30am until 2.30pm in the mornings and 18.00pm until 21.00pm in the evenings.
