Guests enjoy three air-conditioned cabinas with seven beds total and two elevated pilotis with a total of eight beds, a cooking area, in-ground pool, two ranchos and a bathhouse with two showers and toilets. There are two separate septic systems that have been overhauled recently and every home in Palm Beach Estates has AyA water that is safe to drink out of the tap. Located just one hour from the newly expanded Liberia International Airport, PGSC is within 75 meters of the beach and a five-minute walk from a local grocery and three restaurants within Palm Beach Estates. PGSC is also a short walk to Playa Grande and Tamarindo for many more shopping, dining and nightlife options. There are several schools in the area as well as a local doctor and dentist.
