To process the order from our admin section we have everything very easy we just click on one link "Resend API Request" to send the order to our supplier website (using API). When we click on "Resend API Request" link, our site sends the order to our supplier website and as soon as supplier generates the unlock code our site automatically sends it customer. Usually it takes 5 minutes to process the order. We do not have to manually send the unlock code to customer, our script is doing that automatically.
Our supplier has 3 databases of IMEI`s for all HTC phones:
1. Normal database. Our Cost: $4.50 we sell: $13.50 (profit $9)
2. New database. Our Cost: $4.00 we sell: $13.50 (profit $9.50)
3. Super new database. Our Cost: $17.00 we sell: $24.00 (profit $7)
When customer place order on our website and pays $13.50, our API in admin section automatically shows name of database where the code from current order exist. And if unlock code is exists in database #1 or #2 we process their order and our site automatically sends the unlock code to customer. But if there unlock code is exists in database#3 then we ask for additional $10.50 to make the total amount $24.00. We do not ask for additional $10.50 manually we have a link in admin section "Send High-Price Email', we have to just click on it and our site automatically sends the email to customer asking for additional $10.50. And after the customer has paid the additional $10.50 we continue to process their order. If in case customer does not want to pay additional $10.50 and ask for a refund we just click on "Issue PayPal Refund" link in admin section which automatically refunds the money to customer.
So 99% work on our website is automated. It’s very easy to operate this site even from mobile phone.
