Trading Hours:
The hours of work depend completely on the schedule of the owner. Therefore, the owner will make his/her daily schedule to fit their needs.
A typical day for the current owner consists of surfing or working out in the morning, and then settling into work in her home office around 10:00am. However, the days leading up to a wedding/event and the day of are much busier, as it requires more time and effort to organize everything for the event. If there are no events to prepare for, most of the other work is done online via email, phone/skype. This allows the owner to travel when needed and still stay on top of the tasks at hand. During the off-season, you can work from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Support & Training:
It is in the best interest of the current owner to make sure that the buyer is fully prepared to take over the business and has all the knowledge needed to succeed and grow the company.
The current owner will stay on in a consultant role with the new owner for a negotiated \\\"transition period\\\". She will assist and guide the new owner through the business and familiarize he/she with the current clients event\\\'s for the 2013 season. She will also work along side the new owner during the first 1-2 weddings to make sure everything runs smoothly and to show her specific tips/tricks of the business.
