There is a full size gas cooker which is powered by colagas (15 euros to refill) lasts about 2 months, electricity is again via the generator, my intention was to fit a wind turbine and solar panels so as to have no bills at all, there is a mast for the wind turbine already in place.

All land and property is correctly registered and legal on the escritura (deeds).

Opportunities:
My plan was to have a fully self sufficient life style, the council tax is 34 euros a year (yes only thirty four) that was going to be my only bill, I had sourced solar panels direct from China, a system of about £3k would have been more then enough to power the house and the water well, build a brick BBQ where most of the cooking would have taken place, backed up by the gas cooker.
Plans to have goats, sheep’s, horses, chicken and ducks.
Where the two hills slopes down the valley my plan was to have a lake/pond for agricultural water and the ducks.
This as it is already, with a little bit of elbow grease would make a nice holiday retreat.
